Good to ask

Do I need any experience?

None at all. Most people arrive having never held a jeweller's saw. The booking starts from the beginning and a jeweller is beside you the whole time.

Will I finish both rings in one booking?

Yes. The booking is timed so you leave wearing both finished rings — the stacker and your second ring.

Can I choose what my rings look like?

The first ring is a simple stacker. For the second, you'll choose from a variety of ring styles in class. Our options are always being updated, and your jeweller will guide you through them on the day.

What if I don't know my ring size?

No need to measure beforehand. Ring sizers are part of the tool kit on the day, and you'll be helped to find the right fit before you start.

How does the bring-a-friend discount work?

Add two tickets to your cart and $50 comes off automatically at checkout — $500 becomes $450. No code needed.

Do you take group bookings?

Yes. We host group bookings for weddings, bridal parties, groom parties and other celebrations. Contact us or email sales@somber.com.au and we'll work out the details with you.

What's your cancellation policy?

Reschedule or cancel for a full refund up to 7 days before your session. Inside 7 days we'll move you to another date where we can, but can't refund.
